Archibald Cowan is my grandfather. I am a daughter of his youngest Son Thomas (Tommy). It is a shame that my father nor I or any of my siblings never knew him. Prior to his death he spent some time in a prisoner of war camp (Stalag) in Poland before being repatriated. He died shortly after returning home to Stirling. In his former life he was a coal miner and lived all of his life in the Raploch.
